The printer document is suspended, but it prompts that it cannot be printed

We can use the following methods as a reference to solve the problem:

1、 Firstly, check if the printer panel indicator light is abnormal. If there is any abnormal flashing:

1. Please check if there is any paper jam inside the printer. If there is any paper or paper stuck, please remove it and try again.

2. Check if the printer toner cartridge is properly installed or if it is in good condition. If possible, try replacing the toner cartridge.

2、 Check if the printer is in normal condition again; Open "Printers and Faxes" in the control panel and find your printer icon to check the status of the printer. If the icon is gray, it means that your connection cable is not properly connected; if the status is "Pause", double-click the icon in the "Printer" menu and click on "Pause Printing" to remove the "check mark" in front of it. Of course, you can also right-click on the icon and select "Resume Printing". The quickest operation is to select the paused printer icon and go to the printer task on the left
