Legal Notice – Contract Authorisation

All construction, service, or related agreements entered into with or on behalf of the Company shall only be considered valid and legally binding if the contract has been personally signed by a Director of the Company.

Any quotation, agreement, purchase order, construction contract, or other document that is not signed by a Company Director shall be deemed invalid and unenforceable, and shall not be binding upon the Company.

No employee, agent, subcontractor, consultant, or third party is authorised to enter into any agreement or commitment on behalf of the Company unless such agreement has been formally approved and signed by a Director.

The Company shall not accept any liability or responsibility arising from any unauthorised agreement or document not signed by a Director.

Governing Law

This notice shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
