Analysis of the reasons for condensation and dripping at the air supply outlet:

1. The air humidity within the air-conditioned area is relatively high;

2. Due to the unreasonable installation of the new exhaust system within the air-conditioned area, excessive negative pressure is generated, causing unorganized outdoor air to enter the room, thereby increasing the humidity and dew point of the air;

3. The air conditioner itself uses a large temperature difference to supply air, but the machine itself is not equipped with air supply and cooling capacity, resulting in excessive cooling capacity and insufficient air volume;

4. The air supply outlet is made of aluminum material, which has good thermal conductivity, resulting in low surface temperature of the outlet material and condensation of dew;

5. There is a problem with the indoor unit drainage, and there is a lot of condensed water in the water collection tray being carried out by the fan.
Solution for condensation and dripping at the air supply outlet:

1. Dewing at the air outlet is generally caused by high indoor humidity. The doors and windows of air-conditioned rooms should be tightly closed to prevent hot and humid outdoor air from penetrating into the air-conditioned room;

2. Adjust the wind speed to the highest possible level or open the regulating valve as much as possible. If it is a side air outlet, adjust the horizontal louvers as much as possible to blow upwards to prevent the louvers from condensing and flowing out;

3. Wooden air vents are the most difficult to condense, followed by ABS material vents. ABS vents are also a good anti condensation vent, and aluminum alloy vents should be avoided as much as possible;

4. If it is a louvered air outlet, you can adjust the blade angle at the edge to generate large turbulence at the outlet and increase the induced wind at the edge, which will also be helpful in solving the above problems;

5. You can stick a thin layer of PE insulation board at the edge of some air conditioning vents to increase insulation and reduce temperature differences;

6. The louver vent can adjust the blade angle of the edge to make a positive change in the outlet wind direction, which may be helpful in solving the problem of condensation.

7. Raise the set temperature.
